Overview

This website is operated by Yair Gross (YG Network, KvK 99897628) on behalf of artist Dalia Bar Shalom, trading as Dalia's Women. By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you accept these Terms of Service.

Products

All paintings sold through Dalia's Women are original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by Dalia Bar Shalom. Each painting is hand-signed by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Israeli Shekel (ILS). For international customers, an approximate conversion may be shown but the final charge will be in ILS. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, the sale is considered final subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Dalia Bar Shalom. Purchase of a painting transfers physical ownership of the artwork only — not reproduction rights, copyright or commercial usage rights. Reproduction, copying or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
