Every painting in our store is a one-of-a-kind original artwork by Dalia Bar Shalom. We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

EU Consumer Rights

Dalia's Women is operated from the Netherlands and complies with EU consumer protection law. Under EU Directive 2011/83, original one-of-a-kind artworks are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, as they qualify as unique goods that cannot be returned to stock (Article 16c). By purchasing an original painting from Dalia's Women, you acknowledge this exemption.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
