FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the paintings original?
Yes. Every painting in this store is a one-of-a-kind original by Dalia Bar Shalom — there are no prints or reproductions. Each work is hand-signed and ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
What is the Certificate of Authenticity?
A signed document from the artist confirming your painting is an original work by Dalia Bar Shalom, including its title, medium, dimensions, and year.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with full tracking and insurance. Shipping from Israel is free (3–6 business days). Middle East & Europe: 4–10 business days. USA, Canada & rest of world: 8–17 business days. Shipping cost depends on the painting's size and is shown at checkout.
How are paintings packaged?
Every painting is carefully packaged with protective materials suited to its size and medium, and fully insured in transit.
Do paintings arrive framed?
Works on paper ship unframed unless the listing says otherwise. Paintings on wood and canvas are ready to display.
What is your return policy?
Because each painting is a one-of-a-kind original, sales are final — except if your painting arrives damaged. In that case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Statutory rights for EU and UK customers are not affected.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are listed and charged in Israeli Shekels (ILS). Your bank or payment provider converts to your local currency at their current rate.
Can I see a painting before buying?
Of course. Email us and we will gladly send extra photos or a short video of any painting.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes — Dalia accepts a limited number of commissions. See the Commissions page.
How should I care for my painting?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Works on paper are best displayed framed behind glass.
